Tsubota Pearl

Founded in Tokyo in 1952, Tsubota Pearl makes refillable lighters and small metal goods with a focus on lasting utility, repairability, and everyday use. The name Pearl refers to Japan’s first cultured pearl, a small nod to objects made with care and meant to travel well. Each lighter is produced in small workshops around Asakusa, a historic district long associated with Tokyo craft and manufacturing.
