Refill Candles
A refill is a plant-based wax pillar candle designed to collapse and settle inside a compatible vessel as it burns. Each one is handmade in Colorado Springs in very small batches, keeping your favorite containers in use while reducing the need for a new one with every candle.

We developed this entirely plant-based wax blend specifically for candle refills. As it burns, the wax is designed to soften, collapse, and settle inside a compatible vessel.
how it works
The refill begins as a freestanding pillar. During the first burn, its outer wall gradually collapses and softens into the vessel, where it continues burning like a traditional container candle.
choosing the right vessel
Use a heat-safe, straight-sided glass or ceramic vessel around 2.75 inches wide and 3 inches tall, with a capacity greater than 7 ounces. Mason jars, sturdy coffee mugs, and rocks glasses are often good options. Not sure? shoot us an email below for more ideas:
poured in super small batches
Because each refill requires additional hands-on work, production stays intentionally small. When a scent sells out, back-in-stock requests help guide which fragrances are poured next and returned to the shop.
