At Light Provisions, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products before they are shipped to you. Please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Returns and Refunds for Damaged Products:

    a. If your order arrives with any damaged items due to shipment, we are here to assist you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@lightprovisions.com and provide photographic proof of the damage. We will be happy to replace the damaged product(s) or issue a refund.

  2. Returns and Refunds for Unused Products:

    a. Unused candles and items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the packaging is intact and the product remains unused.

    b. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lightprovisions.com for further instructions. Please note that the cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount.

    c. Ensure that the product is securely packaged and include any necessary fill material to protect it during the return shipment.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    a. Used (burned) candles cannot be returned or refunded. b. Lighters that have been filled with lighter fluid cannot be returned

  4. Refund Process:

    a. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

    b. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    c. Please note that the refunded amount will exclude the cost of shipping and handling, which is non-refundable.
