Bursera graveolens, known in Spanish as palo santo or Holy wood is a fragrant wood predominantly found in South America. Revered for its distinct aroma, it has been utilized for centuries in spiritual and healing traditions.

The arrival of ginger cranks the piney and minty notes up a notch, and a dollop of creamy coconut milk swoops in to smooth out the robust wood and spice.
